A specialist service

As a specialist oncoplastic breast surgeon I only treat breast patients and have therefore a very in depth knowledge and experience of breast disease and breast surgery. I perform cosmetic and reconstructive breast surgery, as well as diagnosing and treating breast disease.

Clinical excellence

In my NHS practice I am the lead surgeon for the Hull & East Yorkshire Breast Service, which treats over 500 breast cancers per year, and consistently meets or exceeds government set targets for clinical care. My particular interest here is breast reconstruction after surgery for breast cancer.

My private practice is based at Hull & East Riding Spire Hospital, and both consultations and surgery take place at the hospital, which complies with all the Healthcare Standards and is approved as a BUPA Accredited Breast Centre. A trained Breast Care Nurse is available and usually present during consultations. In addition to treating breast disease I also perform cosmetic breast surgery here, including breast enhancement, uplift and reduction (including reduced scar techniques).
